1.  This warranty does not affect the customers statutory rights

2.  L of a Car is entitled to choose whether to repair or replace a component covered by this warranty

3.  Mechanical or electrical failure means the actual breaking or burning out of any listed component

4.  Where the cost of any repair exceeds the claims limit stipulated inside this booklet, the extent of the
     contribution by L of a Car under the terms of this warranty is the stipulated Claims Limit

5.  The period for which this warranty is valid is from the date of delivery for the period and mileage (whichever
      is sooner) as stipulated on the inside of this booklet

6.  To maintain the validity of this warranty the vehicle must be maintained in accordance with the 
     manufacturer recommended schedules for this vehicle

7.  In the event of a repair being carried out under the terms of this warranty any parts replaced shall become
     the property of L of a Car

8.  This warranty shall be deemed null and void if the vehicle is used for rallies, racing, pacemaking, reliability
     trials, scrambling, speed testing, track days,  for hire or gain or commercial travelling without the express
     written permission of L of a Car

9.  This Warranty is Non Transferable

10.  This warranty will become invalid if it is discovered that the odometer has been disconnected or tampered
        with in any way
11.  L of a Car reserves the right to use reconditioned/exchange units for repairs carried out as a result of a
        valid claim within the terms of this warranty

12.  There is no limit to the number of claims that can be made under this warranty but the total value of the
        claim(s) shall not exceed the total invoice price paid for the vehicle

13.  This warranty is only valid for mechanical and electrical failure in the United Kingdom

14.  L of a Car must be given the first opportunity to asses and diagnose any fault or claim arising under this
        warranty. Any exception to this may result in the claim being void

General Exclusions

1.  Any claim arising as a result of gradual deterioration through wear and tear

2.  Any claim arising from foreign material introduced into the fuel/cooling system

3.  Failure wholly or partly due to your negligence, abuse or accidental damage

4.  Vehicle Recovery. You MUST ensure that you have adequate cover relating to roadside recovery. L of a Car
     do not provide a recovery service of any kind. Any Recovery charges are deemed the responsibility of you
     the customer

5.  The failure of any part fitted after delivery of the vehicle unless this part is fitted by L of a Car or any failure of
     a part arising from such fitted material or parts

6.  Any claim reported to L of a Car more than 14 days after the actual occurrence of the failure

7.  Any failure arising as a result of repairs carried out by a person unauthorised by L of a Car

8.  The failure of any part that is covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty

     Any claim in relation to diagnosis or investigation into a fault unless the part at fault is covered under the
     terms of this warranty
